Yes! We offer free public classes weekly on zoom, as part of our ‘Sacred Sunday’ event, AND drop recordings on our YouTube channel for anytime/anywhere Qigong.

You are invited to join us for a Free, online, connecting, healing, and engaging morning w/ Christopher & Daniela - Sacred Sunday™

  • This Free community offering has been taught most Sundays for 7 years.

  • It is offered online, on zoom, each Sunday from 10am-12:30pm EST. It is OK to join any part of Sacred Sunday at the top of the hour - you don’t have to join for the whole time.
